A Reunion Picnic

Alumni from the classes of 1969, 1979, and 1989 joined this year's graduating class at Gunston Hall for a picnic sponsored by the Alumni Association. More than 300 people enjoyed the barbeque lunch, toured the historic grounds of George Mason's home, and got a chance to catch up.

Mason Ambassadors Mike Ickowitz and Tiffany Baldwin share a joke at the picnic.

Historical interpreters gave Mason Day at Gunston Hall an educational flair.

Michelle Hanson (left), B.S. Biology '69, and Helen White, B.A. English '69, share their memories of Mason during the 1960s.

Gunston crashes yet another party.

Attendees check out the sumptious buffet.

Alumni Association president Les Schoene serves cake to a future George Mason student.

Gunston hams it up with President Alan Merten, Dean Daniele Struppa, and alums.
