Remember Nick Schrank? He played linebacker on Mason’s club football team [1] for two seasons before transferring to Radford University in 2008. Well, Nick is still pursuing his NFL dream. In an attempt to impress NFL scouts, he’s made a series of videos of his insane workout routines, and posted them online [2]. Now they’ve gone viral with appearances on Huffington Post [3] and the NFL News blog [4].
In this one, the Fauquier County, Va., native does what would seem impossible for just about anyone else. From a standing position, he leaps three feet straight up and lands on top of a ball balanced on a stack of exercise steps. Simply amazing!
